so i went down and started my car and it was still making that noise....then i drove my car around the block and came back home turned it off and it wasn't making that noise....so i don't know what exactly that noise was, but it's gone for now....but i'm not sure if it's going to come back

How is your brake fluid level? I know this sounds weird but on my civic the abs light kept coming on at weird times, after some research turns out it does that when the brake fluid is low

sounds like one or more solenoids in the actuator are acting up, the noise is normal when trailing over 5 or 10 mph but not when stopped. this should have thrown a code so you should have it retrieved.

is that a costly fix? the solenoids? i just got off work and now my s14 makes this grindy noise when my car is moving....and it stops when i stop....and the noise from the abs started acting up again.....but that noise went away

first you need to know what is wrong to be ale to fix it. the solenoids don't control themselves, they may not even be the problem at all.
