Is there any form of adjustment on the low beam on S15 headlights? Mine aim pretty low

maybe you could put like a washer or somthing under the bottom bolts you have holding them on. If you used the S14 core support, its all ghetto anyway so i dont see why that wouldnt work.

Feel free to correct me, just putting an idea out there.

i used an s15 core support, i was thinking about putting some angled washers in the front to tip the whole light up (there is only one bolt that connects to the front of the core support), but i wasnt sure if there was a better way to go about this, or if you could adjust the beam within the light housing somehow

that was kinda what i was thionking you could do, i couldn't think of any other way

If you dont mind me asking, how much did a body shop charge you to put the core support on, you dont have to tell me I was just curious because I am in the process of doing it right now and I want to hear what some other bodshops say, instead of in this little hick town.

I dont mind tellin, they charged nothing, zip, nodda...

Thats because they didnt do it. lol I bought my 95 with some front damage, but a clean title. I found a guy in spokane that sold me the front end conversion, then sold me the radiator core support for 150 shipped. My dad and I welded it all on with a Harbor Freight MIG, (my dad used to be a proffesional welder, I on the other had have very little experience). I had to weld in a strut tower too. It took awhile fitting everything before welding, but it wasnt that bad. I do recommend buying the harbor frieght air chizel for 9 bucks. It made popping off the welds on the old radiator core support a breeze. If you know anything about welding, you could easily do this yourself in a few hours, it took me longer because i had to replace the strut tower, and that took alot of time measuring so I didnt screw up. I can email you photos or something if your curious about how to do it, or I might make a thread later about it.

there should be some in-place screws that push and pull the internal mounting bracket. look near the bowl of the projector and there are probably 3 adjustments, one for left and right and two for up and down. aim them so that the upper part of the cutoff line has dropped 2" at 25' distance (you may need to find a white wall for this) the reason you probably want to aim the lights higher is they are not dot spec and the beam pattern is higher on the left side lighting up oncoming lanes instead of yours. take into account other drivers saftey when doing this (really annoying to have the lights shining in your face)

it's going to be vert adjustment with the two left A's and lateral with the B (you dont need to mess with B) you can either screw the bottom left A counter clockwise or screw the top left A clockwise

It worked great, i just tightened the top "A" with a 5/16 open end wrench, and it raised those suckers up nicely (not annoying/distracting high, but high enough i can actually see!) Thanks for the help!
