get a haynes manual. it'll tell you how to get the ignition off. get it from auto zone.

Theres also a key code in the door i think or in the glove box. you can get that and go to the dealer and get a brand new key made.

You could also call a locksmith. They will also be able to make a key for you from the key code. They actually might be less expensive than the dealer.

My local dealer charges $6.00 to cut a key from the code. I doubt a locksmith will be cheaper than that.

Also, I don't think Haynes makes a manual for the 240, do they?

I'd recommend the FSM (Factory Service Manual) above all others, you can find them for ~$50 on eBay. There is also a Chilton's manual, but it is full of unclear/incorrect info - which makes it useless unless you know the correct info without the book.

I will have to check out the dealer then. I would like two new keys myself.

The chiltons is good for it's pictures. They are actual shots with diagrams.

Your best bet is Ebay for the FSM and Barnes and Nobles for the Chiltons.

They will both have them in stock. If Ebay doesn't you can call the dealership and order one.

I think the Chilton's has been out of print for a while, but you can still find it kicking around at some bookstores.

I think I may have a couple of copies of it (I bought a whole bunch a few years ago from a clearance place). I'll take a look.
