Exclamation Almost made a big mistake

A few months ago i posted up that i was thinking about selling my car and getting something like a srt4. Then when i was driving one night a lady thought it would be okay if she side swiped me in her u-haul truck.

I was so angry that she destroyed my entire drivers side. . Lucky for me the u-haul company has great insurance, and they are paying for the whole thing.

Because of this accident I realized I love my car too much to ever sale it. So intead i will keep my car forever, save up and buy a crotch rocket. Then after college i'll go for the SR swap.

Well I hope you live long enough on that bike to buy a 240. What do people with bikes drive when the weather is bad anyways?

R6 is nice! And people with bikes drive their beater cars on days with bad weather until they save enough to get a nice 240! At least that's what happened with me. It was worth it though! Just be careful and dont' wreck it like I did; the $4000 spent on the repairs coulda got me my SR20 by now!

good luck though; you CAN have the best of both worlds!!

I drive a WRX and I have three bikes. Honestly I get sick hearing people say stuff like I hope you live long enough blah blah......bikes aren't dangerous...its stupid drivers that are.....

There is about 3grand worth of damage to my 240. And i am still researching bikes, if anyone has any info on nice bikes please tell.

If i wanted my 240 engine to last longer would you consider having it rebuilt or swaping fo something else?

http://www.clarity.net/~adam/buying-bike.html#1 is a good guide if you're really lookin into one. Are you asking for info on ideas about bikes, or one in your area. PM me if you have more questions.

And rbboyl, sorry but I unless you're really lucky, the bike will be more trouble than it's worth for $500.
