whoo its my third 240 accident but this time wasnt as bad.

it was raining real hard and some lady cuts me off so i try to stop but i keep going so i hit her lol.

she got im insurance info but no police were involved.

just cosmetic damage thought (i think) its still pouring rain but from what i can see

-the passenger side headlight lense is broken but still works
-grill is broken
-hood latch is broken on hood not car

thats about is my bumper looked fine it wouldnt be if i had gotten fiberglass lol. ill take pics later its raining hard now but its all good **** happens

I hate people who cut you off and do **** like that! People these days, I swear! Almost happened to me a few months back, some lady was on her stupid phone, doesnt look to see if Im coming up behind her, decides to change lanes right in front of me. If it wasnt for me being so damn observant, her car and my car would have kissed for sure!

Anyways, I take it she's going to go thru insurance? Make sure you get all the details to your agent ASAP!

We don't have to worry as much about being cut off here in NC because we expect it, and people always run red lights so you just wait a little longer before going lol.

Sorry to hear. When that happens, who's at fault? The driver who cut you off or your fault?

in florida no police report means the accident never happened lol

i was thinking only the latch on my hood is broken so i might just get some hood pins instead of replacing the hood, alot cheaper

and a lot less safe. most aftermarket hood pins are crap, not to mention you really have to attach them well and in the correct location. just get it fixed, it should be cheap.
