AVC-R install...

AVC-R install...
Hey all....getting ready to install AVC-R soon....have SR20 with stock turbo and manual boost controller currently...
I have heard from different sources that hooking up an AVC-R is "not an easy install"
Can anyone tell me what is hard about it?
It seems like you just run vacuum line from inlet of solenoid to hot pipe nipple, and from outlet of solenoid to wastegate actuator, and then run a line from manifold to pressure sensor.
Other than that, it's just splicing wires into the harness....if you have the ECU pinout, I don't see why this is hard.
If anyone has any tips or anything I should look out for during the install, that would be appreciated
