I had my car up the other day to check to see what one of my leaks was, but it was simply a loose line. but once i lowered my car, it was still sitting too high, so i pushed it down and i swear it lowered to the normal position which was a 9 inch drop from where i pushed it. so im thinking either my shocks are blown, or my shocks are cold and just are slower, they are stock ones so they are 14 years old. and i was thinking once i have the money to go with some stance basic coilovers. does that sound good? im probly willing to spend $900 on a coilover package or a spring strut deal. idk. could you give me ur best ideas, id b driving the car mayb 2 times a year @ the track and everyday around town.

 

Man, I think that was just a freak occurrence or something. But I second the Stances.

 

Do you suggest going higher up maybe with the pro or pro+ for just daily driving and street racing and track runs?

 

i have Stance GR+ Pro and i DD and track my car and they are amazing. Stance puts out a really good product. I am about 2in. drop all around now and probably going lower...I could almost lay frame with these

 

Sweet. but is the price of the pro worth just getting compared to the basics? the only difference really is what they are made from correct?

 

There is a difference in the diameter of the piston part of the damper and the basics have a rubber upper mount instead of a pillowball. I love my basics though.

 

yah i think ill just stick with the basics till i get alot more serious into the sport. im still only 17
