Do u know of any used skylines being sold. I may be coming across some money and i have seen one sold on ebay for 3500 with out legalization done to it.

You are just wanting a track car right? If you want a decent R32 they are about 10-14K Canadian. You can give these guys money, and they will find a car for you. You can check out all the cars they've brought in at the top left somewhere.
