Bumper lights

I have a 1991 and the lights on the bumper with the clear lens do not work. I do not have a owners manual and I do not see a button for these. Are they supposed to be fog lights? or a running light? Are they supposed to go on if you do not put you lights up, just turn the stock one click?

Sorry for the silly question, I have bought an owners manual from E-BAY to come soon.

Thanks
Anthony

That's a good question. I have an '89 and was just wondering the same thing this morning while I was delivering the newspaper and realized I'd never seen the two white lights at the rear come on, despite regularly using my flashers and marker lights on my route.

Lol, don't flame but that's what it sounds like. The two sqaure white lenses on the center panel of your taillights are the reverse lights.

I am talking front bumper not back
The bulbs look good but they do not go on, so to repeat how do you turn them on.
