burnout question.

okay, this is probably a dumb question, but oh well..

Does it do anything to the rear brakes when you're doing a standstill burnout by applying the brakes, and gas at the same time? hope that makes since...

Yes, it'll eat away at your rear pads a little bit. I wouldn't be too concerned with it. I did a bunch of burnouts last year like that. If you don't want that happening you'll have to get a line-lock so it locks up the front brakes only.

locked up, like they're constantly touching? haha.. that's lame.. I'm just trying to get a good picture of the smoke, i'm not trying to do it all the time..

I did this one yesterday, but it's not too great of a picture.

As he stated, unless you have Super Hicas you really don't have LSD. Only SE models with super hicas have it. Every now and then a car w/o lsd will lay down 2 tracks...Even when mine used to, one of the tracks was not as long. Nice burnout though.

But some water down where your back tires are before you do it.

I heard if you put bleach down, it will create a lot more smoke?
