Arrow to buy or not to buy...

I am going to look at a s14 tomorrow, it has a salvage title, and it has been rebuilt, it was in 98, the car is a 96. It got a rebuilt title in 98 as well and has had 2 owners. What are major things to look for with this car? it has been repaired to conditions and passed inspection / emissions testing, he is asking 3200 for it, i'm a smooth talker so ill get him down to 2900.

Anything i need to know/ be aware of? im going to drive it, are there any things i should look out for? any imput will help, im leaving at 7 tomorrow morning so i'd like to know asap, thanks!

Dont know if it's to late right now but it depends on if its a manual or a automatic. Also depends on who the two owners were. Did they beat on the car or what? But everything else is basically your likes and dislikes. How you like the inside and out. Also for that price I think its worth it. Things are fixable you know lol.

I know I would buy it.

IMO that is too much for a salvage car unless it is SUPER low miles.

With a salvaged car, take it to an allignment shop BEFORE you buy it. Ask them if the frame is bent, and if it can be alligned.

I wouldn't pay a penny over 2500. And thats still if the car has under 140k. miles.

look for steering problems, take it to about 60mph and let go of the wheel if u can and see iff the car pulls to the side. also take is to a collision shop if u can, ask them if the car was repaired properly. if everything seems good then check for bondo, make sure the guy who repaired it used new body parts. other than that price is too high! i picked my 95' up for 2G with a 136,000 miles on it.
