Calipers and hubs

Calipers and hubs

I'm sure someone here has removed their brake calipers. Was it a b**ch to get off? I couldn't do it. It looked like it was welded on or something.

I wanted to get to my hubs, because I wanted to replace a snapped lug bolt. Unfortunately, I looked at it and saw that the all the bolts were welded to the hub. (*&@%(^%@!@
Does that mean I have to get a whole new hub? That would suck.

All this from a simple brake pad change. And I still haven't solved my wheel lock problem yet.

i had the same problem when i first brought home Rude240
what i had to do was hit the bolts with some heat....AKA: torch

that helped to get those bolts free
