i'd say do an ebay search with a range of about 50 to 100 miles. You might have to venture out a way to find a good chassy that isn't rusted. Whats the bankroll that your working with?

I live about 40 min from you and even though I already have a 240 I always keep my eyes open. There's probably no 240sx's with or without mods that I don't know about in a 15-25 min range around my house. So do a little search on ebay or autotrader, and just keep yours eyes open. Also if your looking for a deal you might have to drive a good distance to get it. I drove 2 hrs to check out another 240sx because it had a good price tag. It all depends on how badly you want it.

Yes i realize that it's a 90, yes i know there is some rust in the tail, but since it's so close you might want to take a look at it.

Yep, like i said it all depends on how you badly you want it. Between my friends and myself we have two 93 coupes, 1 91? hatch, 1 extra KADE engine, 1 SR20 redtop, and crapload of misc. parts. And not one of use would pass up a good cheap 240sx if we got lucky enough to find another one in good condition.

Personally I must admit i found my car by pure luck. It's my first car and I found it when I was forced to take a crappy detor off a main road. Best detor of my life. Honestly not knowing anything about cars at that point I simply loved it's sporty look, pop up headlights, and manual trans. From there it's just evolved into an all out lust for the car.

good luck dude! It seems that there are not many in the tri state area. I live about an hour west of you, in Downingtown. I got really lucky and found one, a close family friend has had it sitting in his driveway for like 5-7 years, something in there, and I never realized it. Getting it for $250! Only drawback is it needs a few things, and has 18x,xxx miles on it.

it's not that bad, the person that transfers your title will probably make it a "gift". Not to much of a hassle. I went through that because I bought a 300zx from a friend for a Junior baccon cheeseburger. When you can beat that let me know. lol

Even with Autotrader.com, widen the search parameter to any "reasonable" driving distance... we were looking for a car for a friend in the local area (within 10 miles) and found 0; changed the parameter to 100 miles and we found 12 cars for sale

You guys are all WACK!!!!! I didn't see one person mention craigs list. www.craigslist.org has more 240's than auto trader.
I got my s13 for $2700 with 110,000miles, vlsd, digital hud, SE model.

It's hard to get your hands on one.

At the Nissan in the other city, they sold an S14 bone stock to some smuck for $14,000. Yeah.. and it had 100,000 miles on it. Pretty funny. Good luck though.
