car problems

I'm not sure if i'm supposed to post this stuff in here?

93 240sx ka24de

My car has a hesitation problem at a certain throttle posistion somewhere in the 5-15% throttle range all the time. This problem is worse when it's a cold start and isn't as bad once it warms up. I checked the cap and rotor and they apear fine so checked the timing. When I did check the timing I noticed that the light would flicker and it would get worse/better when I moved the clamp and wire coming off the distributor. The car bucks when I start driving at that throttle posistion under normal driving but i'll give it more gas and it doesn't buck but it feels like it doesn't have any power. The car never feels like it has any power either. I hope someone could help.

Thanks

The air filter is a fairly new k&n and I replaced the fuel filter with a z32 filter. I also changed the plugs but they had white tips.

It looks fine but that doesn't mean anything. I did clean it though but no change. I jiggled the sensor and wire to check if it had a bad connection but it didn't do anything so I really dont think it's the maf.
