so my s14 battery died...i got a new one...and the battery light came on still so i took off the alternator and got it checked they said it was fine...so i put it back on and the light is still going on and off...i was thinking it's probably my terminal, because its a little bad...any other ideas..?

 

ideas? yes always but more background information would be nice.

 

i took my new battery back to autozone and they gave me another one kuz that battery was bad...so i guess it was just a bad battery because those lights don't come on any more...but now i have a timing issue i think....my first gear only goes up to 5 1/2 or 6 rpms havn't tried the other gears yet but when i do i'll let you guys know....my first gear used to go to 7 rpms now it doesn't

 

so when you hit 6k rpm's the engine dies or limits itself or what?

 

it shoots down it doesn't limit itself..
