what engine? the only way you will gain any decent power on the KA is to turbo it. or just swap it out in favor of a CA or SR. if neither of these options are possible because of funds or what not, a good 3" catback will help.
power is cool, but suspension is vital, so coilovers might be a good idea.

well if your just looking for stuff to do to your ka without much money there are some cheap mods to do. take out all the resonators in the airbox, k&n drop in filter, run 2 exhaust cams, get rid of clutch fan and wire up electric fan, remove a/c, lol i dunno paint your valve cover, its a start and you can do all of that for around $100.

tb bypass & egr removal are good for $0, but don't expect too much of a gain. you can also get ride of some weight to make it quicker. how much weight all depends on how much you can do away with and not miss it or need it.

cold air intake with a good filter was my first mod. I recommend apexi power intake filter since theres no maintenance. z32 fuel filter and a new flywheel would be nice for better response as well i think
take out the spare tire and jack to lose weight? lol

i got this from zilvia.net and tried it. it did what it claimed it would do. i undid the mod bc i dont know if its bad for the tranny or not. please give me some opinions.
Automatic transmissions ONLY: On both s13 and s14 auto trannys, there is a circuit, that when broke, removes some fluid weight from the tranny and shifts faster and harder. GTech meter shaved .2 seconds off.... but then again, GTech sucks. This has been said by Nismo to not cause any harm, and said by people that anything harder is going to lead to broken stuff.
HOW TO: On the right side of the engine bay, near the strut tower, really close to the fender, there is a grey connector. Unclip that. There is only one, and yes, it is a pain to unclip. Turn on your car, and drive away.
Please note: This will cause an s14 check engine light to come on. i also noticed it causes my o/d off light to flicker when i first start it up, then goes away after a few seconds.

Instead of telling you what to remove...I'll tell you what to keep...one or both front seats depending on who uses the car, a steering wheel, and a dashboard (just to keep the cops off your back...I don't even have a dash in mine but they don't like that).
