Clock and Radio stopped working

So i just pulled my car out of storage and been working on it for a looooong time, and noticed the clock and radio dont work. Now i have read alot of people say to change the dome light fuse, but my dome light works fine. The clock doesnt display anything its just completely blank, also on the dash are the defrost and hazard buttons supposed to be illuminated as well as the climate control panel? I cant remember because its been so long but i dont have either, i have the green light for selecting what method of air flow but nothing else. I lost the kickpanel fuse cover so i dont have a reffrence to tell me what fuse is what. Everything else works fine minus the things i mentioned, thanks to all! Any thoughts?

The car? 95 240sx

Climate control yes, hazard and defrost no. If i had a 95 I would take a pic of my cover... I can take one for ya, just to see how similar, maybe theyre the same.

They should be IIRC. The s13s had sliders, and IIRC they were backlit as well.

bad ground, but not really sure. electrical problems can be anything along the circuit.

is there another interior lighting that not connected to the dome, because the dome still works, but i cant recall if the footwell lighting worked, so far all the fuses have checked out (all have been checked minus the right side of the footwell fusebox), minus the horn, but that was blown before i put the car away and everything worked fine then. I am a little stumped, anyone know what fuse exactly the clock runs off of?

thank again for all your help so far, lets hope we can crack this one lol

The clock and lighting do not share the same ground.
