Ok, So I was working on my new head unti trying to install it and I heard a small pop from the inside....Everything works fine but my digital clock is not working, Any ideas as to what it could be??

You mean the digital clock under the tachometer?
I know this sounds stupid, but you do have the ignition in the ON position at least right? It doesn't come on unless you have the key in the ON position at least.
You probably just blew a fuse (hopefully). Popping usually indicates a fuse. Either that or a shorted circuit. Lol.
