^^^ he blew it up. He was going to get on the highway to trade his car for a stock jetta ('97) and he hit a bump. He punctured his oil pan and never bothered to stop and check to see if it was ok. It seized. He is now going to trade it for a CA, but at least it runs.... for now, lol.

Talking

it wasn't that bad of a bump, my oil pan was already pretty bad when i got it so when i hit the lil bump i just didn't think anything of it , and idk what the fu*k i was thinking trading for a jetta but for some reason it was good that happend cuz id rather have a blown rb 240 than a jetta. an the only reason i was trading is cuz my girls pregnant an s13's aint very baby friendly, lol. but now i have a gay 97 honda 4 a dayly driver so i can work on it an i like how coups look, also i could always take the ca out a put somthing different in if i want to

IMO the coupe looks better from the back, the fastback looks better from the front. I'm sure if you just google'd it you could find a crapload of coupe pictures.

just put another rb20 in there, it will be much more rewarding than an sr or ca18, plus, you already have the xmember and wiring done, itll be a simple swap, maybe 4hrs max.

yah you should be able to get a block/head for about $800 and just reuse the tranny, manifolds, turbo, piping etc.

whats with all the trash talkin of the CA? i mean, its a perfectly capable motor, and its been known to rev to 10k easily. there is nothing wrong with it. heck, it even has compatable parts with the CA that is in america already.
