cut springs

I was thinking of taking the springs off my parts car and cutting them down to lower the ride height. I was wondering if this could hurt my car. And if i do it, how far should i cut them?

will be uncomfortable and you will blow your shocks, don't do it. buy lowering springs and aftermarket shocks if you dont have enough for coilovers

just wait until you can afford the coilovers. you would have to take the struts off again to install the coilovers anyways.

Save up about a grand and get a set of Stance or Silkk Road coilovers.

And dont cut the springs, unless you really like a super bouncy ride.
