2 fridays ago i took my car to get my oil changed at midas (free). since then my tranny has been whining. last week, took car to get new tires. while aligning they found play in my tie rod. left it there and they fixed it because i dont have time. got it back this past friday. noticed a chip on the front edge of the hood with 2 lines following it up the hood for about 5 inches. it wasnt there before. that evening, flipped my lights on and off, cant recall why wasnt even dark. while they were flipping down, they squeak which they had NEVER done before!

now...i'm highly irritated thinking dont allow other people to touch her and wishing i had checked the mileage when she was left for the tie rod. she was there a couple days and i'm wondering if someone had taken her for a ride. what do you people think? do you think its a freakish coincidence or what?

hey heather, howve u been lately, good news i get my car back tmrw. NICEE. its gonna have a new performance lower strut bar on it and polyurathane bushings, i figured maybe get something out of the accident. That sounds wierd about your car, i doubt they would of taken it for a spin, but in those garages u never know something might of bumped into it, or they could of dropped something on it. THat sucks to hear though, hit me up on AIM dkuges is the screen name. good luck with her

 

Yea it very well could be. I personaly know alot of people that have done that to customers cars.

i've been alright. i think i'm going to head down at some point this week and i come bearing a gift glad to hear your baby's almost back on the road! isn't it aweful being without her!!! you'll have to let me know how that strut bar feels

i'm am heather. yeah i know this tuning shop that put 12 miles on a spankin new z. i think a lot of people dont realize how common of an occurance it is. god i just hate it when something damages my car ya know? i mean, she's my baby!

my engine did not sound so good so i checked the oil. those morons at midas put in way too much oil. the level is at about 1 inch over the safe zone on the dipstick. i cant even tell you how mad i am at this incompetence. i will be draining extra oil as soon as it stops raining.

 

Dude those jiffy lube a-holes did the same thing to my mom's brand new TL Type-S. Then on top of that, they got oil on the steering wheel and on the seat. I went down there after I drained then cleaned the car, and *****ed those guys out for being to stupid to do somthing like change oil! God i hate people that are just stupid!
