Ok, so im not sure if the radiator or not, jsut wanted to get you in here . But on the way to work today there was white smoke comming out the right front and the temp guage went up, not to red. So I got to work and steam and cooling fluid is going everywhere from the top left of the radiator. THere was so much I couldnt tell if it was the hose or a crack in the unit itself. I went back to the car later and still its to messy to see. I loosened the clamp and hten tightened it again, started hte car and let it run for 10 min, no issues.

So my question is do 240z have a certain area where the rad is weak on the top left side? could it be jsut the hose? worst case scenario are there any radiators that I should be looking at if I go turbo in jan? any help would be great Thank god I get to drive the geek mobile till sunday night, gotta love the second car hah

well I would say it's the hose since since coolent is on top of the radiator. especially you said you fill the radiator back up and your car runs fine.

btw is it a 240z or 240sx?
