obviously a junkyard, but if none is avail you might want to consider reupholstery shops. ask about "reskinning" the vinyl, or switching to leather, suede, velvit, velour, what not.... as for repairing, i think they do "plastic welding" from what ive read a few years back, but surely it wont be like new condition.

Rip it out for weight savings. Lol. Really though, like re said. I've seen those repair kits on JC Whitney and Summit and stuff? Anybody know if they work? Cuase I think they're like $30-50 bucks if that and they supposedly repair cracks to like new.
