i the n1 catback on my s13 and my friend wants to get an hks hyper, what is the real difference between the two systems??? size? sound? looks seem to be IDENTICAL except for the hks engraving on the tip. but what are major differences between the two?

i heard HKS exaust is better Apexi exaust for 240
