Do you think 14K for a 98' Kouki worth it?

I need to make the decision by tomorrow, because the dealer said there is a guy from Arizona is coming tomorrow to see the car. This 1998 240SX LE 5spd (white color 80K miles, leather, LSD) is located in San Diego, CA. However, I'm not local either, I'm located in SF.
I've asked my friend in SD to see this car as soon as I saw the ad two days ago. The car is very clean, and no big problems. It has been my dream car since a long time ago. I like this car very much, but does it worth 14K? The dealer is an ***, he said if u don't like this car, don't buy it. I was like.... wtf. However, It does got one accident, which you can see in the pic. I'm very concern about this. Is it fixable back to OEM look?

I all depends, I thinks its way to expensive. BUT if your only option is to get a loan from a bank and do payments then I guess its cool. BUT if you have the 14k money on you, DONT GET THE CAR. There is way cheaper s14 koukis out there from private party's.
