Does this look bad?
This was the last (back one) spark plug wire and all the others were clean.

Anything i need to worry about?

it looks like it got some water down there... clean it and make sure that the boot is completely pressed down and sealed to the hole in the valve cover...

I did, ill check it in a week or so. O, and it was just simple dirt that came off and looked as good as new.
