yo, why dont we plan on making a eastcoast 240sx convention for summer 2003. lately the meets in ny have been 20+ cars. just imagine if we invite philly, boston, DC, NJ, etc.....why wait another year or 2, our cars are only getting older, especially s13s. so what if only 30 cars show up, its a start. lets make a convention fellas. theres a lot of hot 240s in the eastcoast. ............lets do this,we gotta do this now. so THE CHROME CONTINUES TO SPIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

well they have a national convention every year...i think its in atlanta or virginia or something next year...

getting older? heh, my car will be 14 years old in 2003. well ill support a convention in NY, it doesnt have to be a 3 day. A 2 day event is good enough.

 

How would one go about planning such a big event?

 

Do one in the MD/DC/VA area and I am there for sure.

 

We are the ones that BadAss is speaking of. We run meets that pull 30+ cars and 50+ people bi-weekly in NYC.

I think there will be inter model meets during the summer. We have had meets where the turnout of 240s was small compared to other models like the Sentra and the Altima.

There were 12 240s and 4 to 5 times more Sentras and Altimas. That meet was last summer. We should have a better showing this summer seeing that we get 30 people in horrible weather.

I know the Canadian guys were trying to get a meet together.

I will check the local guys on our forums and see what they want to do.

I know we are all hitting the main Nissan Convention as well as Nopi this year. We are talking about a caravan to California if the convention is out there.
