easy 5 lug conversion without removing 4 lug hubs

i was bored and was just crusing on yahoo japan auction and came up on these

http://page9.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/k17548999

i went to on an online translator site and it translated the japanese auction to english. and yes this thing works as a spacer and AND 5 lug conversion without removing ur 4 lug hubs. if u google "online translator" and find a site that will translate a website for u then just copy and paste the url in and it should give u discriptions. wow this is cool. anyone know of these????? im very interested

Well it is a little pricey everyone thinks that stuff from Japan is cheap but as you can see it is not. However it is really high quality stuff. I have ordered the S13 full body kit with the overfenders and all the suspension stuff from them. I am building a S13 Drift/Road Race car.
