acually looking at it now, it seems like the piping would have to be altered to fit perfect... both sides have the same piping and there's not the correct bends... can an exhaust shop bend the piping?

plus it doesn't specify if the kit is for the s13 or s14.. and the manifold looks like a bottom mount too me.. which would be lame.

From seller: It will fit either S13 or S14. It is a direct bolt on. The intercooler is a front mounting unit

dont know if it is, but i think that might be a ss autocrome kit. and if that is the case, i'd be iffy about it. the turbo kits they made for fc's had mild steel flanges on the turbo manifolds with stainless piping. two different metals, two different rates of expanchion (sp). so that causes heat fractures and the metal will break off, going into the hotside of your turbo and could eventually ruin your turbo, and even your motor.

Nothing is the catch. I get these parts custom made in large quantities so I can sell them at reasonable prices.

I've sold over 100 kits so far and have had nothing but happy customers.

Thanks

i would just keep an eye on the manifold and the turbo. look for any signs of cracks after the first few weeks on the manifold. if they switched to stainless flanges then it wont be a problem. the turbo, well, if you see any abnormal smoke (i think oil burns black?) then check the turbo first. i havent herd much about there turbos, but usually in cheep turbos oil bearings go out first. check after the first month or so to see if shaft play has changed, make sure you arent seeing a significant increase in shaft play, because if you are, your oil bearings are going bad. and last but not least, go though this persons feed back, find someone who has baught a turbo kit, make sure they havent seen any problems out of it, or any other parts of the kit. a turbo and its hardware has the ability to destroy one of two things, its self, or your motor. im not saying you shouldnt buy it, just keep a eye on it and research before you do. $850 is alot of money to throw around.

yeah... there's still a lot i'd have to buy though... ie, downpipe, injectors, z32 maf, emanage, boost controller, turbo timer, fpr, ect..

but $850 is pretty good, some innercooler kits cost that alone..

edit: there's no way that piping would be a direct fit.. there's a kit for $600 that doesn't include piping, that would be better... use the $250 you save and get it custom made...

that would be a big mistake dude, go buy urself a cheap intercooler kit from ebay, but not the one included in this turbo kit because you'll have to drill holes and add flangs for sensor and bov, best bet is go piece together your own turbo kit, intercooler kit on ebay aint so bad, it get da job done, and only cost roun 400 bucks shipped, the manifold is the thing that would bite you in the ***, ebay sh*t will simply EXPLODE! go get urself something that would cost atleast 500 bucks! beside the mani he has in the picture, he doesn;t even show it at close up and from different angles, get urself a t3 turbo or watever and it will cost you around 350 give or take a few, bov, get a cheap *** bov from ebay dual horn, it gets da job done, and no it aint gonna be that loud unless you seriosuly boost it, but for 50 bucks shipped, it's good enough, you'll need a new clutch depend on how serious you wanna be, it will be anywhere from around 200 - 400++, and get urself some cheapo turbo outlet + downpipe+testpipe combo on ebay fro 200 shipped, and some exhaust for 300++, you do the math, o and lets not forget that you'll need to rebuild your bottom end if you are seriously gonna boost da sucka,
and good luck with that

alright this is what I was thinking...

I would get that kit, minus the piping.. they have it for $600.. then get a downpipe, i can do the innercooler piping myself, for maybe $100... walbro 255lph pump.. 550cc injectors, z32 maf, emanage... so i'm at around $1700 ... then a clutch that will handle about 350lbs of tq, so around $2000 now... FPR and gauges, and run 8lbs of boost on my stock engine.. so around $2300 probably after i get all fluids, and gaskets and all installed.. then put it to maybe 10lbs... or if i open the engine, i'm going to do 8.5:1 compression pistons, stock rods, cosmetic headgasket, rebuild head to stock oem, (replace valve seals, valves, springs, ect) maybe... and arp head studs.. and I should be good for 350hp, or 13-15lbs of boost with that t3/t4 right? or do I have to worry about that manifold? I just want to keep the engine as stock as I can, but able to handle 350hp... so that's why i would upgrade the pistons. my compression is 165-170 across the board..doesn't use oil or anything..

guess I should get a wideband o2 and have a friend help me tune it, there's no dyno's around here except over in seattle which is about 6 hours.
