Ecu...

Okay so my ka24e MT ecu is down but looking for a new one but im not willing to pay the 700+ dollars for a new one so just had a question if anyone knew...

" There are a set of numbers on the bottom left hand corner with a big number on top. If i were to grab an ecu off a 89 MT 240sx would the numbers even matter?"

I found an ecu from a 89 240sx MT but the bottom left hand numbers are different. Should i be concerned with that or it really doesn't matter? does anyone know? Thanks so much in advance ya guys.

basicaly any 240sx made in 89 and 90 will work, regardless of trim level, or transmission type.
