ECU Locattion

Pardon me this might be a dumb question but where's the ECU located? I know its underneath the passenger side dash somewhere but i can't seem to point it out.

I'm trying to hook it up to get it scanned.

ecu is in passenger side kick panel and you dont hook up anything to the ECU to get scanned you need to hook it up to the DLC connector if your car is OBD2 since not all 95's are OBD2

if you have the obd2 port then it is on the passanger side, under the dash next to the center console
