I have a 95 240 all stock. problem is when the car is just sitting there (no key in ignition) my power door locks don't work and when I do put the key in and start it the gauge cluster doesn't work. All lights work all the time though. Oh and the radio works but can't get any stations and there is engine noise.

also when it gets above 3000 rpms the cluster and everything electrical will come on. but then it is random and will keep the car from shifting.
