today on my way home (in the rain) all of a sudden the stereo turned off, as did the light for the clock. i noticed also that my wipers stopped working, and im pretty sure the headlights went off. it seemed everything electronic besides like the guages and windows and stuff stopped working. i got the wipers to work, but only on the highest setting. i think it was just a blown fuse or two, but this happened when i was putting in the amp and subs too. the radio stopped working and so did the interior lights. i dont know what else wasnt working cause the car was still parked and i was putting things back. trying to find which fuse it was i noticed the dome light wasnt on. sure enough that was the culprit. why are all these things linked so that if the dome light fuse (of all things) goes everything else follows? i havnt checked my fuses yet but i will later. frustrating.

 

oh and by the way i JUST put in the amp and subs this sunday, so the fuse was new.

 

make sure you amp is grounded well. if it is not, you will blow fuses.
