Ok I called him wednesday and he said his destination or pinpoint date to be done with it is friday. SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I better get it back then!

sweet well I finally got the car back and runs great...I got the reciept and everything he said is on it and all and all it cost only $1200....he also just took off the heatshield cause it was bascially broke off of it when he got the car. Awwww I love/missed my 240 :-)

Heatshields..... are sheet metal that covers the cat and or other areas of the exhaust. Just dont park on leaves, or people. Other then that it has no function

1200 is a SWEET deal... But yeah, take your time and baby that car for a while. You'll find out in the long run.

I've had problems like that with my Z32 (time in the shop) it was in the shop for... 8 months? I shoulda just dropped an RB26 in there. Didnt pay much, but I ended up offing that car and going back to an S14.

Glad to hear you got a good running car, and for DIRT cheap!

Yeah its just hard to keep it under 3000RPM for awhile. I already been over 80miles this weekend driving it and at school today I took off and went to 4000RPM till shifted to 2nd and 2nd had 3000RPM....then i realized I should be babying it .When I got home I started to put it in neutral and reving it to see if smoke is back cause of what I did and its not thank goodness!Paranoid
