How can I get an Exhaust fireball to shoot out of theback of my car? Is it possible to get it with out the backfire?

I don't want tha f&f flame but a pop then a fireball.

does the car have to be highly tuned.

 

In order for this to happen, you need to be running rich. THis will result in unburnt fuel being in the exhaust pipe. These HC molecules will combust when then get hot enough. And no you can't shoot flames without a backfire.
