you must be blind because i found out that it is NOT an SE looked in the trunk and found the 4 lug spare. oh well i still love the car.

lol nice dude. SE for Sucks Even more. Baseline FTW WOOOT!

nice car man. for VLSD, do a burnout, and look at the tire marks. 1 mark=no 2 marks=yes
2 marks that turn into 1 mark= no, but it b/c you were on level, straight ground.

^^ anybody correct me if i'm wrong. I've gotten 2 marks with my open diff.

jack it up and give the rear tires a spin by hand. if both rotate in the same direction, then you havd vlsd

yea theres no vlsd. but i started takin out the tranny today to put a new clutch in. has anyone else had the pleasure of doing this? i got it almost all out and the tranny is split from the motor but i cant get the tranny out, it seems like its hitting on something and the motor didnt drop. do you have to loosen the rear motor mounts? if not anyone got any ideas.

yeah, disconnect the drive shaft (duh), and make sure you remove all wiring that's connected to the tranny. Make sure you unplug the sensor at the top of the bell housing and remove all bolts~ a few of them are a PITA to get to...
