I finally got her! 91 240sx

Well Ive had her for a little over a week now and im very happy. She needs some work and elbow grease lol. I have many plans for her.

91 Nissan 240sx FB
180,000 miles (swapping engine later on) Still a beast to drive (better than my heavy 96 Accord).
Exterior: Good shape, needs fresher paint, removing wing (luckily no rust holes )
Interior: Swapping pieces as soon as possible
Leaks a little bit of oil (getting engine steamed cleaned, then checked this weekend).
Idles wierd (searched and I should be able to fix the problem).

Turning her into a DD/Track car. I like grip racing best (no drifting ).

Heres some pics; tips and ideas are always welcome.

Removing the non func. fog lights and placing the black bumper pieces back on. I want a 95-96 zenki lip as well.

Welcome aboard!

That's part of the charm of S13's - just about all of them need some love.

I got her for 1500 (I think a little much). I'll definately keep yall updated with pics. Hopefully she wont drive me crazy.

All in all she is a blast to drive. I was pulling out of my neighborhood yesterday and (only being used to driving my dads rwd manual, beater truck that has no power at all) I revved to about 4200rpms and slammed into 2nd by accident (my shifter sucks (bad bushing or something) an all i heard was a quick errrrr!!! LOL

Some people looked over like I was crazy or something.

Ohh and yes I want to do a suspension setup first (I like to work from the ground up) after I get her running better. i.e. fix oil leak, idle prob., and get a tune-up.

Im going to be on a budget and its going to be a DD. I was thinking Megan racing coils (ive heard good things about them) Tein tie rods/ends etc. Other things come to mind each day lol.

I just broke my digi cam. when I fell down the steps yesterday too so Ill get progress pics up whenever I can.

I still need to take the damn AIV off so she will stop idleing wierd sometimes.

It hurt worse to break the camera because I dont know why it was even in my hands.

.****UPDATE****

-made my front end look a hell of a lot better, removed the fog lamps and reinstalled/painted the bumper grills.

-installed new fresh turn signals.

-installed new water pump/thermostat.

-fixed the power steering (had little to no fluid)

Someone broke into my car on campus to steal the aftermarket radio that I didnt use because it was so old and worn out.

Next

-take car home

-get passenger side door/quarter window replaced.

-remove the damn aiv or something to fix my cars idleing problem

-get coilovers/wheels.

-other things in mind.
