LT1 was boosted, My friend with the gnx has the motor in a RX-7, he said it was stock internals, 600 something to the ground and said it should be about 700+ at the engine. I'll try get some timeslips etc.

aight i boosted lt1 i can see but thats a bit more than just a head swap. and im pretty sure your friend just has the regular LC2 turbo 38000 which went in the GNX the GN and t-type. but he would be retarded to yank the motor from one of 500 limited production cars to put in his rx-7
