Hi guys,

I have a 1990 240sx with the flip up lights, this might be a dumb question, how do i change the headlights??? i have a blown bulb and i am not sure how to access them.

Any help is great,

 

themuanlly leave the flip ups open, im sure you know of the flip up button around the driver hud. once there up there should be a black covering around the lights, 2 screwes on each side, take them out, and slide down the black covering, by doing this, it should reveal the headlight and the headlight holder frame, there should be 4 small screws, what i do is take out 3 and leave one in so i can just bend slighty the frame to easily take out the headlight, and there you go, putting it all back should be common sense. hope that helps

 

if i were you i might as well just buy the xenon lights (you know the really cool blue lights).. they also have 'angel lights' for the flip up headlights now. ebay is your friend.

 

lol I already bought them from ebay and that another reason I was asking, now the angel eye part has a (+) and a (-) wire. I know they need to be hooked up to 12v, is there any accessory wires near by or do I have to tap into or should I lengthen the wires??

 

wired into the blinkers would be cool

 

wouldn't that mean ur headlight would blink when u hit the turn signal?
