hey well i got a warning on my tanabe exhuast today...that sucks...but he wants me to take my car to the state ref...so im looking for a stock exhaust around sac...but anywho should i just take it to the ref with the exhaust ? im like lost rite now...i friggen sold my stock too...so i dunno wut to do..

man these exhaust laws suck. they passed it here on jun 22. since then ive had alot of cops just stop by my car. i work as a bagger and usually when i look out the window at krogers ill see a cop parked next to my car just waiting for me to come out and start it so he car give me a ticket. ive been pretty lucky so far because ive dodged every cop that has tryed to get me.

ive gotten two tickets for my exhaust being loud since then....in the end i have Dc header, magnaflow high flow cat, magnaflow muffler, and 2.25 in piping and mine sounds great, nice and low..f*ck the po po lol.

 

haha...this is ridiculous...well mines just stock...he thought i had something good under my hood hehe but its just bone stock with an aem short ram...cuz he asked me to pop it...but my headers is stock then going down i have a catco high flow cat connecting to the 3" taanbe super racing medallion....shoot i just installed it for one day only and they got me already...thats dumb...

 

Yeah, but everyone has to admit, you can definitely hear a difference when you throw on an AEM intake, it gets a lot deeper and sounds almost like you have a aftermarket exhaust.... at least thats what mine sounds like

 

yea when i first threw the intake in it did give a deeper tone to my stock exhaust. now my car is just TOO loud...everyone complains about it...i really need to get a silencer for my exhaust now...

 

Silencers aren't very expensive, and they help a lot. Most exhausts come with one, maybe you can go steal someone elses.... jk haha

 

haha i CAN go steal one lol...but i dun wanna...mine didnt come with one hehe...since i bought it from my cuzzin only...my bro in law has the same exhaust but his silencer is broken cuz he ran it over lol...

 

im scared when i get my itch running im going to have a nice test drive and there going to bust me, me or my bro havent got stopped yet, and sometimes he doesnt even run exhasut LOL!

yeah i had same problem as you guys..so i just jacked a silencer off some p.o.s. integgy.....jk, i knew the guy..he gave it to me. shaved it down a little and now it works fine. my car had a more deeper rather then just Loud tone

 

well mines custom welded with a magnaflow res and 2 glass packs haha. i cant say how loud it is because i havent put it on the car and my car dosent run as you all know. lol
