Exclamation Gauging interest in S13 Projectors

I'm currently developing projectors for 2 s13, these will replace the popups with dual projectors. However these will be real headligths NOT foglights like all the other projectors. Projector will use a 9003 bulb.

Pricing will be alot cheaper then everyone elses. EST price of $300 -$400 They will come in flat black primer, you can either use them black or paint the hosing to match.

Fiberglasshousing?

Will the eyes still open and be closed when the lights are off?

i would be interested. . . would like to see some pics when ur done . . my popups are acting up, and short of doing a S13 conversion (I don't like any of the other options available) this would make for a fine solution for me. good luck!

Tried doing something like that before, it's a waste of time unless you have a production assembly down. Estimated cost to produce them your self and sell them individually about $700 to $1000.
Plus if you chose to start making them out of carbon fiber you will need a large oven to bake to push a bunch out like an assembly.
Honestly compared to fiberglass, carbon fiber is readily available at your local tap plastics and it is easy to form once you have a cast made.
It would be cheaper to just buy the z32/300z front lights with projectors. Then all you need to do is shave the hood and plastic bumper a bit. Welding in the housing for trhe lights would be easier. Cuts your production time in half.
You can get the stock OEMS at $300 a piece.
