Good news for Illinois residents

The Illinois EPA has just ammended the emmision control laws. Now all vehicles that are '95 and older no longer have to qualify for emmision standards. They figure there arent many cars that old on the road to pose a significant enviromental impact. Good news for Illinios tuners and hot rodders alike.

So now its time to ditch those cats and make some smog!

No source, no info, no nothing. Quite playing games and getting peoples hopes up. There are a s--tload of cars that are older then 1996 and the older the car the more likely it will have emisions problems.
