Will they be able to overnight a rachet to me if it breaks on a Saturday? No ttrying to be smart. Just curious. I used them some in Korea & Japan, but not here in the states.

 

well when i say starting i mena in the u.s. we are the only sellers of these tools in the u.s. if you do manage to break a tool some how we will send u out a replacement right away if there is not a local sales rep in your area to pick one up from. if there is nto you would just have to send back the broken tool to us
