headlight issues

headlight issues

my right headlight will only work on low beams. tested the wiring and all the readings are correct. even tried a new headlight. still only low beams. any ideas?

i gotta get this fixed ASAP...have to get the car inspected. wont pass unless i have highbeams as well.

Might be a stupid question but i'll ask anyways you never know..... have you tried new bulbs? Sometimes its little things like this people overlook.
