Unhappy HELP !!Trunk Torsion Bars

Hey guys. I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I am trying to install the torsion bars (black bars that help the trunk open) in the trunk of my S14 and have no idea how to do it. I have a FSM but that doesn't talk about it either. Any help would be great. Thanks.
BTW, I searched and can't find anything.

I am pretty sure they are not struts. Wingless trunks have these two bars that criss-cross that help the trunk open when you pull the lever. Attached is the diagram.

The guy I bought the car from Dynomatted the trunk and I guess it was too heavy for it to open.

Any pics would be great. I just can't find any out there that give me a clue on how they should be.
Thanks for any and all the help.

Appreciate that. Can't believe that no one else has gone through this.
