pixel cars... silviaks2nr can make you one. he made mine and lot sof other peoples on here. im sure if u ask him and tell him what u want he can make you one. then u put it in like photobucket or something and get the link and add it to your signature

yeah pixelcarart.com u can get bases and learn to tune them and all that good stuff. u can make an account and put them in paint and tune on them. u can also get rims and kits and stuff from that site. ive been learning to tune.

yeah I second pixelcarart.com. But you have to be patient at first, it's time consuming.

yo the thing that sucks is i figured they had a little place where you could build a car, haha i dont know how to get all these small peaces on a car with paint =P maybe ill just see if i can ge tsomeone to make me one lol

for some reason it doesn't take affect right away. i resized mine once and it was still the same until the next day.

as far as putting little parts on. open the parts up in a separate paint and u can copy adn paste parts on then u can reshade the parts u want to cover part of the wheel if ur tucking them or something like that. like ryguy said its just time consuming and it takes some time to learn it.
