HID lights

what is the cheapest HID conversion kit for an s13? I drove my brothers 2003 911 porsche carrera, fast as hell. It had the HID lights, it was like a little patch of sunlight infront of the car.

Sylvania Xenarc retrofit kits are $600, have an integral H1 high beam (you don't lose your high beam) and have everything you need to install (ballasts, wiring harness, etc).

There are other kits out there, but I don't think any are as complete for the price. autolampsonline.com sells low/high HID kits, but I think they are more expensive. Plus those guys are in europe, and you can get Xenarc at autobarn.

There are other kits but most of them make you lose your high beams.

Catz sells a HID kit for around $500 and a H4 hi/low kit for $600.
