my hood pin seems to be working just fine. but the thing is at highway speed like 60-80mph the sides of the hood flop up and down and it kinda scarres the crap out of me cause i dont want it to come up on me. is there eny suggestions to keep it down? or should i just use universal hood pins?

 

whats wrong with the stock hood latch? i wouldnt trust that **** either.

 

there isnt enything wrong with it at all it holds the hood down... at least at the center it holds the hood down. just the sides flare up around the front q/t pannels

 

plus man with the greedy import owners people with hood pins are easy to steel parts off of such as intakes and other small engine items

 

okay i know it would be easier to take off but is it a possibility to use the aftermarker ones ontop of the stock latch?

 

anything is possible , i would say look on ebay first or search on google for a correct answer
