How much would you pay for a 96 240sx

I have a chance to buy a S14 its in decent shape needs to be cleaned, but no problems. Its an auto with 155K on it. How much do you think the car is work. It is stock

hmm sounds good cause I was offered the car for 1500, I dont need it or want it so i think i might just buy it and sell it
