On my way home from work last night at 9:45 pm. Driving and minding my own business. This dumb drunk B*^#h looses control of her Acura 3.2 and hits me in the right hand side twice which sends me into the concrete wall on the left side of the car and totals my car.. When we get in the back of the cruiser the officer asks her what happened..... she explains that I clipped her and sent her head on into the wall..... Thank god for witnesses...... At least I am ok (sore but ok) thanks for letting me vent.. Now I need to find a car untill I decide what I am doing... Lee

its probably not cause SHE was drunk if you know what i mean it may have that other female driving factor added in.. j/k but that sucks drinking sucks

 

My old hatchback got smashed at 3 in the morning when a drunk smashed into it, i got 1500 more than i paid for the car from his insurance and bought a s14.

 

lawsuits over auto accidents happen all the time in almost any case you can think of. you have a very good chance of winning if you go for it.

 

so did she get a DUI?

 

I was out of town all weekend, On the way home my ribs were hurting so bad we stopped at the hospital... After 4 1/2 hours in the ER no broken ribs,, But some good pain killers,, Not able to work for 3 days at either of my jobs... Talked to her insurance co. today they had no idea of the accident... They are going to send an adjuster out to look at the car... The accident report is not ready yet so I don't know what she was charged with.. I will follow up when I hear more... Thanks Lee

wait her insurance didnt even know about the accident??? yeah you might be able to peg her with neglect, she should have called them at the scene or at least the next day.
